This scheme was quite unique for M&S in that the shell works were part of the Agreement For Lease, Audas was involved from very early on and undertook a full design and build.
The scheme was an existing building on a busy retail park which we stripped out and installed a new 30,000 sq foot mezzanine as part of the shell works creating a new circa 60,000 sq. foot store.
The new store space consists of clothing, home, café, and new concept renewal food hall. We then undertook the fit-out works which involved all new plant and Installation for Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinklers & Refridge, new goods, and passenger lifts, new escalator, and fit-out of all traditional finishes’ – floors, ceiling walls, etc…including new retail fixtures, and fittings.
